"Nice hotel and staff"

"The hotel is pretty nice. We stayed for 5 nights. Rooms are large enough and clean and comfortable. We are family of four, 2 kids and 2 adults. 2-full bed room works out quite well. The front desk receptionists are professional and helpful. We asked for a switch of room for my parents they helped the request immediately. Room service everyday was well done. The location of the hotel was golden, close to subway getting to area of interests. Walkable to Wangfujing shopping area. Don’t miss the China Art Museum which is just across street. "

"The hotel is terrific and located very close to the main 1st class shopping district in Beijing and is also a 20-30 minute walk to Tienamen Square, the National museum and close to three subway stops (10-15 minutes walk). Staff very helpful from the moment you arrive with quite adequate English, especially at the concierge desk. Only off notes was that the concierge sent me to a very expensive restaurant when there were several other options with quite good food at 1/3 the price. Be careful of the Art and Tea scams in Beijing, or the iPhone switch scam. They can very deviously steal your money in the 100s of dollars. Look that up before you leave. "

"Hotel was in a great location, close to many main tourist attractions and close to metro (which was easy to use). Staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted a great deal with ticket reservation and checking information as i speak no mandarin. I would recommend this hotel."
