"Our Chattanooga experience at the Westin was white-gloved excellence. From the front desk with Sunny Massey (who graciously gave us complimentary breakfast because it was our daughter's birthday and upgraded our room to a corner Mountain View) to our delightful night of rest and rejuvenation, everything was a 5-star experience! The hotel has an upscale resort-style feel with three dining options, a rooftop pool and bar, live entertainment, and numerous gathering areas with fire pits and comfy seating. The staff was friendly and accommodating and our room features were high-quality, clean, and aesthetic. I'd stay at this particular Westin again in a heartbeat. Well done and well worth the money."
