"I was impressed that this was a self-serving boutique hotel however, if there isn’t gonna be any staff, I would suggest that they provide like some type of vending area for toiletries when no one is available for you know maybe extra towels and tissue things of that nature if you’re staying for an extended period of time other than that, the property was nice. I would do an audit of all the kitchen utensils to make sure that your guests have all the things if you’re gonna provide, you know like a studio style apartment I would suggest adding you know just a few more extra things to make sure that the guests have everything they need in order to prepare a meal. Suggest bigger bowls and larger coffee cups."

"A great and wonderful stay me and my sister booked the room for the Chris Brown and Usher concert and we had a ball. The hotel was very nice and upscale with a lot of amenities that we will have to come back and try. The happy hour was and bar in the room was a bonus. The only thing I will say is if you order the Korean barbecue wings, they only give you two wings, even though it says “shareable”. My sister was disappointed about that. The Ceaser salad was delicious. I added grilled chicken to it and it was filling. They have live singers in the bar during the evening. Right across the street from the free monorail! I will be back!"
