"Wasnt impressed with the coffee/breakfast cafe on first floor. Service was horrible and staff was more conversational with staff than guests. Price was also very high. Basement bar prices and staff were exceptional - very happy with the service. The bar on 3rd floor was very understaffed and the prices were almost double basement bar. Seems they prided themselves on text interaction yet the response to requests was either very late or not answered. We waited on clean towels all day, asked twice and it still took a phone call late at night after our return from a conference. "

"At check-in the hotel charged me an unexpected additional 7% for local fees, adding a notification when completing the reservation would have been appreciated. The room was clean and well stocked, parking was right behind the building and easily accessible."
