"We were a late Arrival at this hotel and the front desk staff were waiting for us and the bar staff (Felix) even stayed open so that we could have a drink. If I had any criticism of this hotel, it would be that the ceilings could do with a paint but the decoration on the whole is fantastic and in keeping with the property. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning on stopping on the US side for your visit. "

The property condition and facilities were spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area around the property was equally impressive—safe, peaceful, and very walkable, with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking. We especially appreciated how quiet and safe the surroundings were, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. "I was very leery driving up to the hotel because of the mediocre reviews but I was not disappointed at all. The hotel looks nice and is walkable to Niagara Falls and shopping places. The room was fantastic, high ceiling, bathroom was nice and city view was great. So I definitely recommend this place , take the city view room because its absolutely gorgeous at night"

"Stay overall was great, room view was excellent of the river. Pricila at the front desk check in was a gem, only issue there was we had no shower gel in the bathroom had to use shampoo for showers... but other than that, staff, food & accommodation was great. Enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful... room was clean, bed comfortable... we had the premium room, that overlooked the Canadian skyline, they had fireworks which we could see right from our bed.the hotel was within walking distance yo shops, restaurants, state park to see the falls and casino. We would stay there again."
