"I was very leery driving up to the hotel because of the mediocre reviews but I was not disappointed at all. The hotel looks nice and is walkable to Niagara Falls and shopping places. The room was fantastic, high ceiling, bathroom was nice and city view was great. So I definitely recommend this place , take the city view room because its absolutely gorgeous at night"

"Beautiful condo style hotel. Breakfast was a little boring seing how it was the same eggs, waffles and link sausages everyday. We loved the 19th floor view of the American side of Niagara Falls and the Canadian skyline. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable."

"The hotel was very clean, staff was very nice and helpful... room was clean, bed comfortable... we had the premium room, that overlooked the Canadian skyline, they had fireworks which we could see right from our bed.the hotel was within walking distance yo shops, restaurants, state park to see the falls and casino. We would stay there again."

"The staff was great. Very friendly. Ashley checked our family in and my kids talked about how kind she was repeatedly. Beds were very comfortable. Room was clean. Laundry machine available on site was wonderful. Kids loved the pool. I loved having Starbucks onsite. Walking distance to Falls was perfect. The kindness and little touches of the staff made our stay extra special. We just did a 2 week road trip and stayed at 8 different hotels. This was by far our favorite and I wished we were staying another night. Would definitely like to return. Thank you "

"Room was mostly clean. Dust on floors near walls and behind doors, especially in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, the typical standard breakfast. Only hot item was waffles but they had a variety of breads: English muffins, bagels, etc. and a variety of fruits. With the huge crowds staying at this hotel, our room was quiet and we slept well."

"It was close to the water falls, the casino, pizza shops 7Eleven and a liquor store is right down the block plus there is coffee a bar wine shops and burger places very close by it’s nice warm and cozy nice service quick check in and quick return of a"
