"We enjoyed our stay in the Giacomo Hotel. There was plenty of space in the king room for my wife and I and our dog. The location is great, we walked to both the US and Canadian side of the Falls. The room has a nice view on the river side looking out towards the Falls and Canada. We were able to watch the fireworks from our room. The hotel provides a secured parking lot. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the host was communicative. I would stay again if we return to Niagara Falls."

"Best location ever! I couldn't believe how we could just walk out the back door and be in the Niagara State Park. We parked our car the first night for $10/night and never moved it until we left 3 days later. People at the desk were very casual and friendly. The breakfast was decent---the waffles were great! The brewery/restaurant was fun for our first night to watch the Buffalo Bills play a Thursday night game. The only glitch we had was the desk and the attached bar would not help us open a bottle of wine that we wanted to open in our room. The souvenir stores did not carry them either. We booked this hotel months in advance and got a great deal too. Would highly recommend this hotel for visiting Niagara Falls!"

"The staff was friendly and the breakfast options plenty and tasty, although breakfast was not included. The hotel was clean and the room/bathroom was a nice size. There is an observation deck on the 19th floor of the hotel. Parking was assigned and behind a locked gate, although we felt completely safe walking around late at night. The Giacomo was only a 10-minute walk to the American Falls and to many dining options. We recommend visiting the falls at night, as well as during the day. At certain times of the year there are fireworks at 10 p.m. at the falls. Also, you can get a grrat view of the Canadian Falls walking straight across the bridge and then all the way to the left on the without paying for the American Observation deck/ Maid of the Mist boat ride. The Giacomo Hotel is perfectly situated for a relaxing and breath-taking stay."

"Overall experience was great, front staff, and the host were all very helpful and friendly. A dedicated parking spot with gate entry is a plus. Views from every window are spectacular, fireworks at night time are bonus with light shows. We would love to come back and stay there again. Thank you "
