"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"

"This hotel was amazing! It is such a hidden gem. On the outside it didn’t look like much but once you walked in it was a private paradise. The grounds are so well kept, the amenities are amazing, and the rooms were 5 star. The staff was super friend and upgraded our room which was a huge bonus! Beds were super comfy, robes were a nice touch, complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, but overall the attention to detail was through the roof. 10/10 will stay here again!"
