"The hotel and staff was excellent. The best rooms on the river walk. All the balcony rooms on the river had a wonderful cover and the best location. We ate at the restaurant and it was really good. The only suggestion I would give is keep the parking prices closer to the parking garage across the street. "

"This is a FANTASTIC HOTEL! The employees are friendly and the place is like stepping back into old Cuba. The auditorium next door always has something wonderful going on. Or one of our favorites is going to the rooftop seating and watching old cartoons on the wall. It’s on the tail of the river walk and close to the downtown area with a nice little in and out without the downtown traffic once you get familiar with the area. We love staying in different rooms each time and we’ve stayed in...
