He was a font of local information that saved us time and effort while maximising our stay in Siem Reap. The room was very spacious, pool was great, massage perfect and food excellent (breakfast and dinner). "Beautiful 100 year old property which used to be a Red Cross hospital. Fully restored and modern while maintaining the old world charm. Location was close to Pub Street and Palace. "

"We arrived at night and were not fully aware of the condition of this property until the next morning. The property is nothing like the photos. Our room was filthy. Mould on the shower curtain and stains all over the upholstery. Underneath the toilet seat was disgusting. The bed was rock hard. The swimming pool was dirty and had green mould on the tiles. The property was infested with mosquitoes. There was no restaurant or bar. We were served eggs at breakfast that were only partially cooked....
