"We had a surprisingly good stay here! I say surprising because this was our first time in BC and only chose it as it was the cheapest option so last minute. It was decorated so cute like a vintage Parisian hotel and yet it was clean. We had no issues checking in or out. They even included complimentary slippers! I was very excited about that. Also, we paid the extra $29 per room for breakfast and that turned out to be a hack because they give you vouchers for the attached restaurant where they give enormous portions and a free drink! We loved that and enjoyed ourselves a real vacation. The only cons we experienced were that we had to pay $48 for valet parking (unless you want to do the extra work to find other options off-site), and it took 5-10 minutes to check in because we had to wait for staff to show up, but it was 6pm. The staff are all nice though. "

"It might be helpful if you tell the room service people to point the hand held shower spray inwards so water doesn’t shoot all over the bathroom when idiots like me just turn the shower on."
