Top Vancouver Hotel Reviews

Pan Pacific Vancouver

Pan Pacific Vancouver

8/10 Good
"The staff were amazing. Front desk, room service wait staff and bell desk. Food was ordinary to awful and extremely expensive so no value for money staff in restaurant looked unkept and by comparison to other staff not very attentive. Crowds going on cruises were just awful. Slobbing in lobby chairs suitcases everywhere unwashed masses. It is also a convention hotel and over a weekend of cruise departures and a convention on property might as well be staying in the middle of NYC’s Times Square. Sundry shop was more of a Las Vegas clothing boutique with bored sales staff. Confusing elevators and stairs to access rooms lobby street level and cruise departure."

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront

8/10 Good
"The price didn’t match the expectations! The hallways were very worn and the rooms really are dated. Very disappointing for our group. They had a sign saying remodeling, I think guests who are in the remodeled rooms should pay the rate we paid and guests in rooms yet to be renovated charged at a lower rate!!!!!! The hotel staff in the restaurant/bar were way under staffed."

The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

The Sutton Place Hotel Vancouver

10/10 Excellent
"Our stay was wonderful. Only held back 1 star on maintenance because every time we plugged in the hair dryer, the lights went out in the bathroom and we had to phone downstairs to have them reset it. Great location, gorgeous room, extremely courteous and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it!"
