Fairmont Waterfront

Fairmont Waterfront

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was in pristine condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant had very good food and an excellent happy hour. The location of the hotel was excellent and nearby shuttles to different activities in Vancouver. There were many restaurants and cafés close by. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my time at the Fairmont waterfront and look forward to spending time there again."

Sandman Signature Vancouver Downtown Hotel

Sandman Signature Vancouver Downtown Hotel

"A great hotel in a good location. A short walk to Yale Town and a 15-20 minute walk to Water Street. We did have to walk through East Hastings Street to get to the waterfront and that didn't feel safe but we never had any trouble. The staff on the front desk were so welcoming and helpful. The man that checked us in allowed us into our rooms early as we had children. The facilities in the hotel were great. The pool was a good size and clean. There is a great bar/restaurant attached and an even better cafe (BamBam). The rooms were a good size. There was an issue with housekeeping which meant we didn't get our room refreshed for our whole 3 night stay. We didn't have the room service sign so asked the maid for one and asked her for fresh towels. When we returned later that day, we had a room service sign on our door but no fresh towels and the door had been left ajar all day. Thankfully no-one had been in there. Overall, we would stay here again and would recommend it to others for location and facilities."
