"This property continues to be beautiful and well maintained. I have visited this location several times and it continues to be a lovely location. It was my first time visiting during the holidays. It is so beautiful with the decorations and loved the attention paid to the Polar Express. Location is centrally located and have the ability to walk to route 66 to visit the stores and restaurants."

"We had nothing but a positive experience during our 2 night stay here. I’ve stayed at quite a few hotel given the travel for work & play, even the nicest hotels have had crappy beds. I know a lot is based on preference but the beds here were so comfy I wanted to cancel our plans & veg out. The location to everything was perfect. Staff was very pleasant to work with, check in was very simple, along with check out. It is an old place! There is no denying that, however, we loved it & we’re pretty impressed! We look forward to staying here again in the future!!"

"The room was clean and quiet. Carpet felt a bit damp when we first arrived. Had requested a crib on reservation. Had to call down to request, but staff brought it right up. Breakfast was good; guests were greedy and entitled. Biscuits and gravy excellent. Wish there was chocolate milk. There's never enough cinnamon rolls. Again, greedy guests...they were gone by 8:30 a.m. Overall, excellent stay."
