"We had such an amazing time at Kristal Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and went out of their way to make our family comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped — perfect for traveling with family. The hotel has a lovely, relaxed atmosphere, and we really appreciated the quiet nights after our busy days exploring. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices that everyone in the family enjoyed. The location is also fantastic — close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, yet peaceful enough for a good rest. Everything was so well taken care of, and we genuinely felt at home. "Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service. "
