"There was an extensive buffet, initially difficult with dietary restrictions, we finally figured it out. Biggest challenge was the noise level at breakfast. Other fsitmonts where I’ve stayed offer a peaceful, quiet breakfast experience The worst part of my trip was on my departure day the hotel driver (who asked for my airline and flight number) dropped my st the wrong airport causing a nightmare trying to get to Bali on my holiday weekend "

Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. "I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "
