"The price was right for what we needed, just wanted a clean place close to Grand Canyon. Williams is a reto city with dated hotels. The room was clean but there was a small hole in the floor (the size the heal of your foot could find). I found it when walking between the beds and was not wearing shoes. My sister also had noticed when i asked her about it. I felt safe and we were able to park the car outside the door. We did not require heat or AC when we stayed, we also got up early and did not eat breakfast there, so cannot comment on that. I believe breakfast was at 7 AM. The woman who checked us in was kind, polite and pleasant. We used drop key box when we left as office was not open, but not an issue."

"Great location, room was on the smaller side but clean. Wish they had better access to ice instead of having to ask the front desk who was sometimes down to 1 person with a line of guests checking in. "

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights l, but one night would have been enough, as there isn’t much to do in this small town. The carpet in our room needs updating, but overall the room was clean. Breakfast included waffles to make, bread, sausage, fruit, yogurt, coffee, milk, and juice, though it was disappointing that eggs were not available. The hotel is also located next to train tracks, but I only heard it once durning the night."
