"Excellent service in the lobby, very nice room, all the employees were very friendly, and it's worth the price; I stayed for a week. They should add a water fountain or water dispenser in the hotel... that's the only thing missing. The location is perfect; you can use public transportation to Orange County. There's a bakery nearby called Portos with excellent food. There are also places to eat nearby, and Target stores. The lobby hosts were very friendly."

"Staff not overly friendly. The location is actually a quite rough area, with loads of homeless people, and literally all shops and eateries closing by 8 to 9 pm. Very unusual for an alleged 4 star hotel to charge for a couple of hours of luggage storage after checking out. This hotel was a big disappointment. "

"One of my favorite hotels for the amazing lobby. A little disappointed this visit that we weren’t advised that we needed to let housekeeping know that we wanted the room made up every day. Also disappointed that the staff did not repair the phone in the room as requested. And the water pressure in the sink faucets could be higher without hurting anything. Certainly will stay there again, but don’t slip from a four star. Would have liked to have known what the situation was. They kept us out of the hotel on Saturday afternoon."
