"Wonderful bedrooms, stayed in a resort deluxe- was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room. Visited during half term so it was pretty busy but overall they handle it well. The adults pool was very peaceful and relaxing, with very attentive service. The evening turndown service in the bedrooms could be better. Overall a very good stay and I would definitely come back, travelled without children but is perfect for both. "

"This is my second time staying here. I love this hotel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, but there is one person on the reception team who is not welcoming at all. When I arrived at the hotel, the first person was free, yet he just looked at me, not saying anything and not checking me in at all. He was not friendly and was very snobby. The other two were busy at the moment. The front door team is always very friendly and professional. "
