Unfortunately we had to wait 2/3 hours to finally check into our room after a very long journey but we were upgraded and gifted a cake as it was my birthday. "the hotel overlooks a beautiful lake. quite with friendly staff. the room is quite spacious although it needs updating. the cleanliness is average with very few kitchen old utensils. we had to ask for a toaster. many items were missing. overall the stay was good but it was overpriced."
