"Location was awesome, as it is in a quiet location with balcony overlooking the ocean. Sunrise heaven! Messaged host upon arrival and received a quick response. He even told us it was ready a little earlier than check in if we wanted to take advantage. I appreciated the gesture! "

"They had actual roaches in the house. The sign for the front was broken and laying under the steps. The hot tub was cold. As for being pet friendly there is no place for the dog to go potty cause the yard is not maintained. Not near shops and beach is private so couldn’t use. Moldy picture on the wall. Was very disappointed! "

"We all LOVED the house and location. Every morning we watched the sunrise from the handy deck on the main floor! Everything was beautiful and thoughtfully designed!!! We enjoyed the beach, local restaurants , stores and boardwalk!!! We played pool, ping pong and board games. The hot tub was luxurious and at a perfect temperature!!! We all want to return!!!"

"The house was excellent. The house was very clean and the host was perfect .our family and dog loved it . The only one thing that I found that needs fixing . The outside grill could use a upgrade . One burner didn’t work and the ignition button wouldn’t work. We would definitely stay there again."

"Property is right on the beach in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It was close enough for a quick 10min drive to the tourist shops and restaurants, but far enough away that we could also relax at the house and miss them completely.We enjoyed the huge open living space with the kitchen, living room, and dining area all tied together overlooking the ocean. Everything was clean and in good working order. Our stay was on the shoulder season in September and we got lucky and hit perfect weather. There were only a couple people on the beach during our morning sunrise walks which made it feel like we had the whole area to ourselves.Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us!"

"The views of the beach from almost every room were magnificent! The house was spotless, the beds comfortable, the hot tub overlooking the ocean was perfect, loved the pool too! So roomy and pretty, decor was lovely. We were in OBX For my daughter’s wedding and everything was absolutely perfect. Would stay here again in a heartbeat "
