"Salt & Ash was great - both the food and service. Breakfast service at The Cafe was inconsistent - outdoor eating area was not kept clean and servers were indifferent. Angler & Ale was ok. Gift shop was good. Unfortunately the Dolphin Connection has been discontinued but is still being advertised. Too much chair saving in the pool area made it impossible to find chairs in main pool area on the weekend. Fortunately we could availability in Oasis pool area with our 12 yr old daughter. "This is really neat and a unique find. The dinner at salt and ash we had was amazing! We were upgraded to a villa and it was decent but the downstairs bathroom was locked and it needed some better cleaning in the bathrooms upstairs and towel racks!!! It wasn’t horrible, but not the best…. I didn’t like also that we couldn’t use cash on property and when we upgraded we had to then take a golf cart back and forth to the main building and we never could get singles or $5s to tip the golf cart drivers. A few of them had Zelle so we tipped that way or couldn’t at all :/ The Asian tiki hut had great sushi! Also the pools and lagoon were nice! And the coffee shop and chia pudding was good! Dolphins are not on property right now -apparently they’re getting new ownership for the dolphin area. I would come back:)"

"The website was misleading. There was no bar out by the pool. The bar by the oceanfront was supposed to serve food according to the website, but it didn’t. It was only open from 5 to 8. The room had a really bad smell coming out of the air conditioner which maintenance tried to fixed by cleaning the filter, but they just sprayed stuff in it to make it smell fruity for about a day then it went away and went back to the smell. I was there for six nights, smelling it the drain in the bathroom in the shower. Also had a terrible smell coming from it so I will not be going back to the banana day. also, I forgot that they charge you $19 a day for parking which I thought was ridiculous because they weren’t even over booked so there was plenty of parking. It seemed to me like it’s just another way to get more money."

"The hot tub was not on the property but was accessible through the property next-door, which was a little bit of a walk. Would have given it five stars if it wasn’t for the terrible individual at check-in. I don’t remember his name, but he stayed in the room in the back, not in the front where he belonged. He checked me into a room with no view actually a view with the wood fence could not see anything it felt like a prison cell. Call down to change room and was given a room on the third floor with a much better view of the pool problem solved, but it was and seemed like he didn’t care at all about my concerns or needs. I then ask for two robes to be sent to my room and you sent me two rolls of toilet paper instead so obviously there’s something seriously wrong with somebody who doesn’t care to listen to what you’re saying or your needs. Other than that overall I would go back knowing that I would have to deal with this moron again."
