"The service from staff, particularly on reception, the pool and the managers, was outstanding. Reception staff went over and above to help us out when we had an unexpected issue beyond anyone’s control. Staff went to the extreme to help us out and to try and make the most of our time at the hotel, despite the fact one of our party had a health issue. Will absolutely be booking again. "We LOVED our stay here! My husband and I needed a hotel for a one-night stay in Paris and this property was perfect. We had an incredible view of the Effiel Tower which added to the romantic atmosphere. The mini bar was included, room service was yummy, and all the staff was fantastic. We didn’t want to leave we loved it so much!! Highly highly recommend. We will definitely stay again if we’re in the area. "

"We had a lovely 4-night stay at the Pullman Montparnasse. The staff were all friendly and helpful (special shout out also to Fernando for being particularly welcoming and helping us when we first arrived). The rooms were spacious and had incredible views over Paris. We also went up to the skybar (rooftop bar) which was a wonderful experience watching the sunset and the tower begin to light up. The hotel gym has everything you could need and more! In terms of location the hotel is close to bus stops, the metro and Montparnasse train station (handy for trips to Versailles which you can get to in 20mins on the train). There are lots of restaurants around the hotel too, as well as two on-site. Would recommend this hotel and thank you again to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful."
