15 min from Canal Park Duluth lies a 5-bedroom home on 20 acres in the pines overlooking the Lester River and pond. Easy access to Hwy 61 for a site-seeing drive up the North Shore or Grandma's Marathon. Close to Lake Park Baseball & Soccer Complex and many other great activities. Enjoy coffee each morning from the deck or relax next to our indoor fireplaces or outdoor firepit. Great home to share during those youth hockey weekends! Large gatherings by request only.
The space
Lester River Pines is an easy drive along the Lester River Road to tour the Northshore or a quick 20-30 minutes from Canal Park and Downtown Duluth.
It's the perfect home for family gatherings or retreats.

Our self-check-in system is designed to provide guests with a convenient way to check in without assistance.

We ask guests to complete their check-in between 4 PM and 8 PM. This is to ensure we can help you effectively and prevent any inconvenience or difficulty in reaching us later in the day if you have any issues.

A door code and check-in directions will be included in your welcome letter 3 days before your arrival.

Great location and setting. Wonderful dinning room with large square table we used often. Pet friendly! Our grandchildren said it was the ebst house we have had and we do Christmas like this every 2 years so high praise. Sorry to say we did break one glass. Sorry for the late recview.

Perfect Graduation Home Base

We we in town for a grad school graduation and this place was the perfect base camp for our group of friends and family. The building and location are absolutely stunning and near plenty of hiking opportunities or even a run into town if need be. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely recommend. Being dog friendly was a major plus too!

The property seemed some secluded, but it was not that far from the activities we want to participate in and the things we wanted to see while in Duluth. We did eat at the house and the grill and Blackstone were great. I could not get the oven to work.

Perfect location just outside of Duluth

15 of us stayed here. Our family had a great time. Beautiful location - fun exploring and seeing deer from the decks! We were only disappointed that the sauna was not finished for us to use. What a great home and location for a family vacation. We enjoyed the deck, the view, the privacy, big kitchen and all of the bedrooms. Fantastic Stay!

We brought our families together for a UMD reunion and the house was perfect! We had plenty of space for our group. We loved the location of feeling separate, but yet fairly close to everything. The owners seem to be making enhancements that will make it even better. There was plenty of games, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Entire process was smooth. We'll be back!

This was our second stay at this house. I can’t say enough about it! The property is on a very private and scenic lot, and the views are beautiful. We had tons of fun sliding down the hills and playing in the fresh snow. The house is spacious with plenty of room for our group of ten. It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We definitely want to keep going back!

Dog walking trails everywhere!

We absolutely loved our time there. It is peaceful and quiet. The home has great character and it was a lovely home to spend some quality time with our friends and family. The owners did not mind our dog and actually got to meet him and it felt so good to not have to worry about people being too close. We were able to walk our dog without a lease for once on the property.
