"The staff was polite and helpful. We were at Hershey all day the day of check-in and ao I called the front desk around 1pm to let them know we were in town and to not let our room get away. Which has been my experience several times at hotels if you aren't there by 6pm or so, and the clerk stated emphatically that the room is reserved and they would not let it be given to another family. Which was refreshing. The rooms were spacious and very clean, especially for the value. The breakfast was more than sufficient(saved us some park costs). All in all this was a great value and good experience. The common areas I would say weren't perfect, they need some work. The stairwell smelled kind of unpleasant, and the hallways all had floor fans running for some reason. Overall 8/10 and 10/10 value"

"I was only there for one night but fo the price it was not bad. There could be more staff assisting as there were multiple times front desk was left unattended or you had to search for someone. Breakfast was OK- but there is a dinner right next door if you are not a fan."

"The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom too. There is no breakfast included, but you are close to downtown. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby. Parking in the hotel's lot is extra. The hotel is by the waterfront, which is good if you have time on your hands."
