A few things.. I stay in 5 star properties a lot. And this is one of the few that allows the public to roam the entire hotel. Most others would require a room key to get on a guest floor.. people not staying there were roaming the halls. I find this a major security issue that really needs to be addressed by you.. this police would seriously affect my staying there in the future.

The room was decorated nicely and very quite at night. If you're bringing you own paddle board or kayak it's not a far paddle to the springs.
