About this property

A wonderful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental (1,000 sq

  • A wonderful 3 bedroom/2 bath rental (1,000 sq. ft.) with private access to Hermosa Creek. A master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with Queen bed and a third bedroom with two twin beds awaits you. There is a second full hall bath. A fully equipped kitchen allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort.

    We live on the property, in a separate home, so are always there should you need anything at all.

    This cottage is approximately 1,000 sq. ft.

    Each bedroom has a smart tv. The Master bedroom has an en suite bath and well as a desk that can be used as a workspace.

    There is a hall bath that services the other two bedrooms.
