Our 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo (La Plata Loft) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The condo is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and a seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries on Main Avenue

The condo was furnished with high end furnishings and the pull out sofa is from American Leather Sleeper, which is the most comfortable pull out sofa on the market. Additional amenities include as fast WIFI, in unit washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen, 2 small decks and one covered assigned parking space. Both bedrooms are on the second level of the condo - so if you prefer no or very few stairs, this condo is not a good option.

Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (2nd Floor)
2nd Bedroom - 2 Twin Beds (2nd Floor)
Main Living Space - King Pull Out Sofa (Main Floor)

The front door to the condo is on the 2nd level so stairs are required from the the street entrance.

This condo is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
