"It was exactly the size and location I was looking for and served well to house my whole group. The one thing that was unclear was that the rental includes a top, 3rd floor, and a lower floor, while the ground level floor is occupied, so we did not realize our noise could be disruptive to anybody at first. Once we learned this we kept it down, but I wish we had known ahead of time."
