"The house was perfect for our spring break ski trip. Awesome location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. There was plenty of space for a few family movie nights and the bedrooms upstairs were great for the teenagers. Close to the Animas River Trail for a jog and an easy drive to Purgatory Resort to ski. We would definitely stay again!"

"It was exactly the size and location I was looking for and served well to house my whole group. The one thing that was unclear was that the rental includes a top, 3rd floor, and a lower floor, while the ground level floor is occupied, so we did not realize our noise could be disruptive to anybody at first. Once we learned this we kept it down, but I wish we had known ahead of time."
