Bartenders were very rude and unprofessional

The place was great, very clean and it feels very spacious with the high ceilings. The bathroom is very well designed and the shower is fantastic. This is not a hotel it's a serviced apartment so it does not have a front desk and you might check in using a lock box with code. No problems whatsoever the check in agent was available by phone easily. There is a tram stop around the corner so transportation is easy. Walking to Altstadt is about 10-15 minutes. All in all a great spot if you don't...

The room had a nice strong ac unit, and is close to many amenities. It was unique in style and comfortable to stay in.

The De Medici Hotel is extraordinary with a fabulous historic art and sculptures thoroughout the historic building. The room well decorated like a fine home. The food and drink are terrific as is the staff. Willan, Janna and Micheal in paticular treat every guess as royalty with the perfect blend of attentiveness charm and humor. I highly recommended this hotel for your next stay in Dusseldorf.

The view from the room was overlooking the lake, it is amazing, I used to stay at Breidenbacher Hof but this hotel has more friendly stuff and a view.

One of the staff was very very arrogant rude he gave me my room card and the room was very dirty not clean so I go back to him he told me we don't have house keeping at the moment and I will offer u new towels I told him what r u saying to stay in a dirty room he reply back don't shout at me then his manger or colleague he apologized to me and give me new room I spent in this hotel 6 night this happend at 08-july-2017 12:07 am .

Weiland hotel was a great stay! The room was elegant, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is also very good and within walking distance of many sites of interest.

Room was clean, AC was available and convenient to restaurants. 25 minute walk to Dusseldorf train station. Highly recommend!
