The garden is a bonus for drying wetsuits or, more importantly, sitting out in of an evening with a beer or two. The property has its own parking area alongside the house, separate from the car park, which you wouldn’t know was there without looking. A really quiet area within 2 minutes stroll the town centre."

Negatives - 2 bedrooms very small, photos make property seem much bigger than it is. The main photo sughests you are renting the whole house, you are not.
