"Property (No9) was good and clean and we very much enjoyed our stay. However We were told there were only 5 small steps, but the steps were not small, there were eight large ones in total. (If we had both been unable to get up steps we would have found it impossible to check in or both of us to use the spa facilities as the main building has multiple steps which we were not told about)."

"Booked this hotel for a weekend due to location to Watkin Path. Staff so kind & helpful, Rooms clean & tidy with ensuite bathrooms including baths in two out of 3 rooms booked. Use of lift to rooms. Breakfast selection plentiful and hot, evening meals superb & well priced. Hotel also offers a cool room to store food & drinks for your climb, as well as offering a snack pack to buy for your day out. The Goat Hotel is based in Beddgelert & walking distance to amenities. "We can't fault our stay - the room was clean, parking was easy, breakfast was great and the hosts were very helpful throughout. Perfect location for lots of local attractions. We stayed for 3 nights and climbed Yr Wyddfa one day (approx 40 mins drive), visited Betwys Y Coed (~20 mins) and Zip world (less than 5 min). Thank you!"

"Such a beautiful room looking over criccieth castle, we couldn’t have asked for a better room! However there was no mirror in the room, making it slightly annoying having to all wait to use the small bathroom mirror, also as it was really warm this weekend and we were on the top floor. Our room was really hot! A fan in the room would have been a great addition, other that those 2 minor things, ZERO complaints! 😀"
