My daughter was looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool and after we checked in, we learned that it was broken. They were waiting for the parts to fix it so we did not have a good experience at all."

"Breakfast was quite skimpy. The only warm food available was country gravy (which looked burnt) that could be put on biscuits or toast. The waffle machine had no batter to use. No eggs, bacon, sausage...very disappointing. The juices were empty and not replenished when I was eating at 8. The bathroom had a major slow drain issue that required the use of a plunger for the tub. "
