"This hotel has awful customer service. We booked this hotel for a concert that was happening in Columbus since we were not from here. When we arrived at check in time, 4pm, we were told that our room was not ready and that they would call us when it was. When we tried to check in on the status an hour later at 5pm we were told that the room would not be ready until after we would need to leave for the concert. When I called the next day about the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and kept questioning me about how many times I tried to check in, and told me that sometimes rooms just aren’t ready until 5 even though check in is listed at 4, as if it were my fault for the room not being ready. They never apologized or took accountability for a clear mistake on their behalf. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is traveling in for an event because MANY rooms were not ready until well after 5pm. Save yourself the trouble and book any other hotel in the area."

"The front desk did an excellent job under the circumstances. There was a huge concert at the Shoe that night. We arrived at 3:30 and the check in line was wrapped out the door. Unfortunately they only had 2 elevators working so after check in, you had to wait in another line for the elevator. We had booked a room with 2 beds. When we got to our room, it was a king, for 3 people. We weren't going to wait in the line again to get into another room as there was still a line of 50 people waiting to check in. We were able to let the front desk know to just send up pillows and a blanket and we'd make do. By the time we returned, the pillows and blanket had been delivered. The front desk were champs that night. They did let us use the service elevators which eased some of the frustration of waiting. Management should have anticipated and planned better. The room was a typical hotel room. Nothing special. It wasn't dirty but wasn't spotless either. If pressed for a night's sleep and this is what was available I would stay again. We didn't use any of the other amenities."

"Was turned away saying they were booked, had confirmed reservation 2 months prior. Came from out of town, customer service was not of help after staying on hold for a resolution and made me late to my concert. "

"Staff was very friendly. The room was clean, had all the stuff you expect and had good water temp and pressure. The area around it was questionable. If you want to have a crazy light at a local “club” you have many options. If you’re looking for a sketchy gas station that has a “shabby” aura… even more options."

"The shower drain was up and the shower looked a little dirty. One of the bedside lamps didn’t work either. Otherwise was a comfortable stay. Was definitely popular and full of people on a friday night. Definitely kids running around but they quieted down, also had a door to separate from the living room even if it was a problem"

"Air conditioner was broken in the first two rooms I tried. The building is really run-down. Stains on all the walls, elevator button plates falling off the wall, shower curtain missing connections, caulking around the tub was split. It just seemed like a dirty location. I won’t stay there again."
