"Clean rooms"

"It was a terrible experience for the first time to stay in a hotel. Rooms were very dirty asked the front desk to change the bed sheets( the sheets had some sort of black stains and pillow had stains as well) and they never changed the sheets to clean ones. Had to leave that same night(Saturday)casue they never clean the room. The front desk lady was rude as well. Would not recommend this hotel to be honest. Very terrible experience."

"This place was nice we had a big room and it was clean the only thing that was disappointing was the shower pressure. I wish it was a little more stronger then what it was other then that the hotel was nice and the fitness room was clean but they didn’t have the pool area as well. Maybe the should make it into a game area with pool tables or darts. "

"The bed had a toe nail in it. There was black colored mold in the tub and we got electrocuted 3 times 2 times by alex and 1 time by myself. The staff said they would bring up mantinance which never arrived. No trash can apart from a small one by the toilet. And the food made both me and alex sick. And there is what seems to be a peep hole in our room. Management/ front end didn't seem to care. Also i have proof photos and everything."

"Clean room "

"I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"Breakfast was great and fresh. Parking area was nice and safe too"

"The room was very appreciated after a flight cancelled at O’’Hare. Picked us up at the airport and took us back the next morning. I appreciated the toothbrush as we had no toiletries. Room was clean and shower was hot. Room was very dated but I didn’t select this hotel for amenities. Stains on the hallway floors. Continental breakfast was provided. "
