First, it’s a historic hotel that still reflects the beauty and charm of when it was built. This was our first trip to Israel and we had no perspective on Jerusalem or what locations were both safe and convenient. Sited at the intersection of East and West Jerusalem, we loved the hotel’s location because it was easy to walk to sites in the old city of Jerusalem...

"All the staff and super friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious. Even though the hotel is built in the 50’s, it is well maintained. The older lady that works the breakfast buffet is very helpful and kind. The breakfast is a nice variety. The man who works the main desk (I think his name is Sam) is super nice, accommodating, helpful and easy to talk too. The young man who’s the manager is also very nice and always greets you. "
