"The property was clean and was comfortable for 5 people. We stayed for 10 days and we loved it. The description in the website were accurate and the staff was really nice and accommodating. "The room was in an excellent location. It suited my needs and was an excellent value. For 1 person its great . Can't see it happening for more than 1.Communication was challenging, but once i was able to speak with someone things went smoothly. They were very accommodating and easy to deal with. It would have been easier for me personally had i been able to communicate via email, but it worked out."

"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"Very helpful staff and nice clean room. The only issue was the bathroom completely flooded when you showered, but when we notified reception they sent someone very quickly to come fix the problem."

"The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym."
