my 4th trip to Jerusalem since 2013. First time I stayed at other than King David. Loved Herbert Samuel (HS). Great staff, nice new rooms, good breakfast. All you need. HS is new and in the center of everything and much nicer rooms than King David. Also an easy walk to Old City. I recommend this hotel to friends - I will stay here again.

This hotel is across the street from the famous King David Hotel, located close to the old city and a few minutes walk from Ben Yehuda Street shopping. It's a modern, clean and cheerfully decorated place with friendly, courteous staff. When we missed our flight on my wife's birthday we were distraught. We went out for a walk to clear our minds. Nora Koutoujian, Assistant Office Manager at Dan Boutique, surprised us by bringing flowers, a chocolate birthday cake, a bottle of wine and balloons. She is exceptional. Next time I am in Jerusalem, I will definitely stay at Dan Boutique, a beautiful, well located and customer friendly hotel above all others.

A true gem in in the Old City. Spent four days at this the St. George's Cathedral Pilgrim Guesthouse and would have completed my stay in Jerusalem here if I hadn't booked a non-refundable night at another hotel. Can’t beat the location. Staff was quick and helpful whenever we needed them.

I really appreciate staff’s hospitality. I booked the room without breakfast. But they provided me complimentary breakfast considering my long flight from Japan and tiredness. In addition, my check in time was from 2 pm. But they also provided early check in. Thanks to their heartfelt hospitality, my stay was really good:) I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. And I’ll definitely stay here if I visit Jerusalem again! Thank you for all staffs and excellent property!

I spent 5 days at the Inbal and it was wonderful. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The staff is wonderful and the service is superb. This hotel is in a perfect location to walk to the old city. There is a shopping mall nearby and several eateries. Parking is also near via Safra Square. We would recommend and plan to return.

Hotel is very close to ALL jerusalem attractions, with all amenities of 5 stars hotel. Very large and luxurious rooms even by US standards. Unmatchable service.

I stayed with a friend, we took 2 rooms, both were comfortable, basic, but spotlessly clean.
