"Room was spotless and cleaned every day. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and professional. The building itself was absolutely stunning with bags of character. The spa was simple but clean and beautifully kept with fantastic staff who put us at ease while we were there. I was particularly impressed with the lovely changing area.
