"Very comfortable, well appointed hotel. Soap/shampoo offerings better than what I'm used to in UK hotels. Breakfast was high quality though service in restaurant a bit slow. One caveat: Hotel entrance is from a courtyard off Devonshire Square and not visible from the street. Even London black cab drivers can't find it if they haven't been there before. Use 4 Devonshire Square address for cabs or Ubers than walk up steps into courtyard."

"Overall this was an excellent hotel with the perfect suite for a family of five (3 kids). The location was ideal for public transportation! The only semi-negative thing that happened was that the safe suddenly stopped working the day before we had to leave the hotel and the hotel took a lot longer than we anticipated to get it fixed, despite mentioning many times that we had a train to catch the next day. They did not come until the next day (late morning) and we had to push back our train...
