"We enjoyed our stay here. Normally we stay in N. Conway at one of a few hotels we really like. This trip we needed to be nearby Ossipee Lake and gave this cheaper hotel a try. We found it comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean. We would certainly stay here again. Keep in mind there are no elevators, so you may want to make sure everyone in your party can climb two flights of stairs or there is an appropriate sized/available room on the 1st floor for you. hill was perfect. We stayed in the Queen+Twin bed room. It was located in the building with the restaurant, which was super convenient to not have to bundle up/drive to get dinner! The view out the back windows was forest, which was nice. Very clean. Comfy beds and modern linens/comforters. A little dated, but I would definitely stay here again!!"

"It’s a beautiful serene place to stay in. The staff is very welcoming. However, we were not satisfied with not having a full breakfast available as it was advertised on the website. The staff member called and let us know ahead of time but it was too late for us to find another place on short notice. The beds are not comfortable at all and room has a funky smell because of being a very old wooden property. "The location was good, but the rooms had some serious issues...bathroom was not that clean, the door of the bathroom was a mess! It looked like a dog tore it all up and they just left it that way. My in-laws room was worse, they left a full trash barrel in the bathroom, TV didn't work, the floor was torn up. On the plus side, the pool and hot tub was nice & also the breakfast was decent."
