"The staff were extremely friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed just one night due to a layover. We didn't get to see much of the area as it was dark when we arrived and dark when we left in the morning. It did seem like parking would be a little hard to find, if you had your own vehicle."

"This is a converted Radisson property and seems to still be updating to Hilton standards. Rooms are neat and clean. Very conveniently located about 1+ mile from JFK airport. Shuttle is provided to/from the airport. The dining area seemed a bit understaffed with semi-slow service. The food was good, but don't be in a hurry. Met our needs just fine as travelers."

"Listen!!!! This hotel was 10/10 and definitely a hidden gem for sure 10/10 on the cleaning. I keep all cards on my apple wallet however. They did accept my credit card so that’s a plus, I enjoyed my stay and anytime I’m in NYC I’ll be staying here!’ Thank you 10/10"
