"Terrible experience at the Park Lane NYC. I paid for a suite with a view of Central Park and they put me in a suite with no view. They left me waiting for check-in for over 3 hours at reception."

"Lobby was nice, but room was old. Only one elevator worked so had to wait often. Located in good area close to the Subway. "

"Great location. Lovely room with all you need for a nice stay! Bar is wonderful and the food is very good for breakfast. Staff friendly and all helpful and work hard to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Convenient to Times Square, Theater District, Subway lines, and Restaurant Row. Highly recommend it and will stay there again! Well done on converting this to a great hotel!"

"Music in rooftop bar was too loud for us. Did not appear to be a happy hour. Drinks very expensive. Location great. Pool area very nice. We did not eat at the resort. "

"Room was spacious and comfortable. It would have been best if I was told the hotel was under renovation as there were workers making noise in my window at 8am. I changed rooms and then was able to sleep. Staff was helpful in finding a new room and gave me a late check out to compensate for the noise. Very convenient location. Was able to walk to every meeting and the hotel is centrally located in Times Square."
