"I am absolutely apalled at the service, the staff, and the sheer vibe i got from this place. I tried to get a room and they gave me the wrong card due to forgetting to change it so me and my family had to look around to see which room worked for the card and then we waited for a good couple minutes for the staff to come help. Then, there were no towels or toiletries placed in the room other than shampoo, conditioner, and one single soap bar. The staff were mostly rude and dismissive to my worries. The whole time i was trying to check into my room the staff were distracted, then the next person in line got a room extremely fast without any interurptions. Overall my stay was not organized well and was inconsiderate. I do not recommend this place."

"The hotel was ok. The price must've strictly been based on location (which wasn't that great). Parking was absolutely horrible. My room still had the used washcloths from the previous guest. The room was mediocre at best. It's 2026...how do you not have a sofa, usb connections, and airport shuttle service for your guest. For close to $1K for 3 nights, Hilton left a lot to be desired."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times. The last trip to Cleveland, we were lucky enough to meet Chuck the bartender. We had amazing conversations with him and spoke about him on our way out to Cleveland this year. We were so excited that to see that he was working the first night we got in (and it was the only night he was working while we were in town). Again, we got to sit down and had a drink and some more great conversations with Chuck. He’s now a staple to our trips to Cleveland, he’s honestly a great part of the staff. Our room was great, only downside was that the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned from the last guest and the remains from their night before…."

"we stay 4 nights they never clean our room not once we only had 2 towel the people at ehe desk was not friendly we had to ask for towel one employee said I think we only have one. we asked on sunday if they where going to ciean room and when we got back we was locked out of our room just for asking to clean our room.you need to have a better staff. and friendly staff.custmer service is needed there dearly"
