Was fighting an allergy cold and wish I could’ve had access to hot water for my tea in my room. Otherwise, hotel was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating. "

"The location was perfect, only two blocks from Grand Central Station. A short walk to anywhere of interest to us. The staff was professional, kind, and courteous. It was a great value, I felt like we should’ve paid more for what we got, but was glad we didn’t have to. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again on my next trip to New York."
