"This hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was incredibly nice. The ice machine was out but they gave us a bucket of ice directly to our room. Be careful for them not to charge the resort fees twice as this is what happened to me and I had to bring it to an employees attention for it to get resolved. "
