"The towls were dirty like they didn’t change all of them"

"Property was in a convenient location right off the interstate. Check in was ok. Biggest issue is the pool was closed. Not just like closed for the day, but the entrance was boarded up. The pool is one reason we selected this hotel. Rooms were not very clean. Beside the vanity was very dirty and there was something white that had run down the leg of the vanity. Curtins had holes in them and there were holes in the walls. The walls and some of the furnishings were pretty beat up."

"Need more face towels than two for two people. One towel for face and one for body each. Need more plugs for devices on nightstand. Need at least one plug by each night stand."

"Jeremy was very responsive but the home has some issues. We were a group of 4 senior ladies. The beds were about 3 1/2 feet off the ground and very difficult to get into. Master bed was huge. Other beds had some sort of risers under them that made them too tall for most people. Should be an easy fix.Convenient location."
