"Room wasn’t as clean as we had hoped for. There was a fingernail on the bathroom floor, toilet paper in the toilet bowl, and some black stains on one of the bed comforters. The floors were very dirty, as we noticed our socks were black after walking without shoes for a few minutes in our room. Other than that, we felt like we got what we paid for!"

"I booked this stay based on the chain name and familiarity and stays primarily in Houston. Upon arriving after an 11 hr drive, the office was closed and we received our keys from a man parked at the entrance of the motel. Flag #1. We go to the room and all the doors look like they have been beaten and heavily dented. Flag #2. Entering the room and putting my purses on the desk, a roach casually walked across it. Flag #3. It was about 1 am at that point and we were too tired to drive around looking for another hotel. The floor sagged going towards the bathroom. The bathroom. Yah. I guess it was clean as possible. Towels have been used past their lifetime. Headboard heavily stained. Flags 4-10. We slept for a few hours promptly at 8 after going to the office to ask for a refund. Denied. "

"There was a roach on the 2nd bed. Nothing seemed to be clean. Mirrors dirty. Walls need a good wipe down and hair dryer looked disgusting. Ac unit nobs did not work properly for heat."

"Overall our stay was 2/5. The house was not cleaned upon our arrival. Dusty dressers, tables, molded shower curtains, no mats or rugs in the bathroom, pool area filthy, very nasty dirty towel in kitchen sink, used spoon in sink. When I reached out to the host basically her only response was the house was verified as clean and that I can check out at 12. We were there for my daughter’s graduation, so finding a place for a family of 6 to stay at the last minute was impossible. Communication came off as snappy. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Overall not pleased at all."

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."

"The home provided what we needed for our trip to Montgomery - enough room for four adults, clean accommodations, strong wifi, and a quiet neighborhood. The back yard was peaceful and lovely. The AI-staged photos at the beginning of the listing do not match the actual furnishings in the home, which are minimal and, in some cases, not in good condition."
