"We wanted to be in DC for America’s 250th Birthday Celebration. I saw the posting & it was just what we needed for our stay. The pictures of the outside of the building are inaccurate. This is row houses not a shiney modern building. There was a strong sewer order throughout the apartment which made sleeping difficult. Holiday weekend so maintenance was “unavailable”. The weather was extremely hot but I wouldn’t have missed this for the world! "

"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries.
