"Moxy's location is its biggest advantage. It is close to good restaurants and the places you want to visit while in DC. Our check-in was smooth. The staff was helpful. Andre, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He made us feel we had a friend in the hotel. The bar was a lively place. Though our room was compact, we had a comfortable stay. However, only one of the elevators was working while we were at the hotel, so the wait to go up to our room or outside was 3-4 minutes long in the evening. Most importantly, for me, the wifi and internet connection was spotty in my room and I had to rely on my phone to create a personal hotspot."
