"Check in was smooth. The staff was friendly. Valet area is very small. Our room was small but clean. Counter space seemed a little small in the bathroom. The bar/restaurant served great food and drinks. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My only issue was the exterior garden lighting lit up our room quite a bit making sleep a little difficult for me. Check out was smooth and easy. All in all we had a great stay and would stay here again."

"Nice hotel. However it’s located directly by the train tracks which run non stop at night. The rooms are advertised as sound proof but they are not. You can hear folks in the building as well as the noise from the multiple trains. Bring your own water because, there are no vending machines on the floor or water bottles in the room."

"Absolutely horrible. If you want to be treated like you absolutely should never be there, this is for you. If you want to be woken up at 9pm for a pic of your credit card and ID on the property managers personal cell phone because she didn’t take care of it in her office, this is for you. You will also be treated as if you are clueless about anything until she realizes she messed up the process. I read the reviews before and should have known. Took me into her office and I just sat there while she called random people. NOT pleasant. After realizing she made an error, asked me to have patience. I could go on. Way too expensive for this kind of service. Do not waste your time."

"I would recommend this hotel. It was in a good location (walkable to Mall and union station) and reasonably priced. Did have a problem with bed: all beds are foldable and one of the two wouldn’t go down. Maintenance responded pretty quickly but couldn’t fix. We had to move to another room. Fine, these things happen, but I was surprised there was little effort to apologize or compensate for the inconvenience."
